I print the textiles myself. The fabric used is linen, half-linen and cotton, depending on the area of usage. I also do smaller orders. I have printed textiles made to order, mostly for domestic utility textiles. If required I can also sew the products.

Inspiration
I find the horizontal line beautiful and calm. The horizontal line also symbolizes space and landscapes. In many of my patterns the horizontal rhythm is enhanced. I use many stylized motifs that I find in nature. I find inspiration in the actual doing itself. The activity encourages the fantasy and projects in process gives rise to new ideas for creative challenges in the future.

I designed the pattern "Japani" for one of my exhibitions. The pattern has been around quite a bit; several exhibitions and at the Finnish Housing Fairs in Hämeenlinna and Vaasa. I did both the printing of the fabric as well as the product myself. The fabric as well as the products can be ordered.
